Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

Purchase Options:

We offer the following purchase options to suit your needs:

• Ready-Made Pieces: Available for immediate purchase through our online store. Payment is made in full at the time of checkout.
• Custom & Commission Work: All custom and commissioned pieces require payment in full at the time of booking. Work will begin once payment has been received and all specifications have been confirmed.

Cancellations:

Due to the nature of our work and the materials involved, we have a strict cancellation policy:

• Ready-Made Purchases: All sales are final. Cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed.
• Custom & Commission Orders: Cancellations are not accepted once work has begun. If you need to make changes to your order specifications, please contact us as soon as possible at infocreeksidetaxidermy@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request before work starts.

Order Changes:

If you need to modify the details of a custom order, please reach out to us within 24 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes can be made after work has commenced.
