Shipping Policy

At Creekside Taxidermy, we take great care in packaging and shipping your order to ensure it arrives safely.

Shipping Carriers:

We ship all orders through Canada Post

Tracking:

All purchases include tracking information. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way. Smaller mailer envelopes will not. 

Packaging:

Packages come with $100 of insurance. Small mailer envelopes will not.

Delivery Times:

Delivery times may vary depending on your location within Canada and the carrier selected. We will do our best to provide an estimated delivery window at the time of shipping. Average for Ontario is 1-3 business days, for Alberts  and British Columbia 7-9 business days, 

Damaged in Transit:

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
